SkillLabs in Amritsar is looking for a Sales Manager – Used Car Loans to drive growth in the used car financing segment by building a robust network of dealers, DSAs, and channel partners who source high-quality loan opportunities.

You will target monthly and annual loan disbursement goals, manage dealer relationships, coordinate with credit, operations and collections, and ensure regulatory compliance while aiming to maintain portfolio quality and high service levels.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual targets for used car loan disbursements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with used car dealers, brokers, and channel partners.
• Source and acquire new customers for used vehicle financing.
• Identify and onboard new dealer and DSA partnerships to expand business.
• Conduct regular dealer visits and market mapping activities.
• Generate leads through dealer networks, referrals, and direct customer interactions.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor competition activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
• Track business performance and prepare sales reports and MIS.
• Support cross-selling of insurance and other financial products where applicable.
• Maintain portfolio quality and minimize delinquency through proper customer screening.
• Resolve dealer and customer queries to ensure a high level of service satisfaction.
