Responsibilities

• Increase penetration and support the organisation in growing market share through frontline sales team.
• To ensure sale of finance schemes to customers within and outside dealership as per targets through frontline sales team.
• Maintain and improve relationships with dealers through frontline sales team.
• Resolve issues escalated by frontline sales team and dealers.
• Coordinate with training team to improve efficiency of frontline sales team.
• Interview and select DMAs/CSMs and recommend to RM & HO for final approval.
• Understand various reports and take corrective action with dealership frontline sales team.
• Update RMs daily/weekly on Targets vs Achieved and escalate issues.

• Interview & Selects DMAs/CSMs and recommend the same to RM &HO for final approval

• Update RMs on daily/weekly basis w.r.t. Targets vs Achieved & escalat the issues to them

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

• Understand various reports & take corrective action with the dealership& frontline sales team
• Responsible for PDD i.e., post disbursal docs viz., RC details etc.
• Update RMs on daily/weekly basis w.r.t. Targets vs Achieved & escalat the issues to them
