• Plan and implement strategy to achieve business numbers and profitability.
• Manage Collaborates to tie up with Dealers, DSAs and direct business models.
• Develop and Drive the business by ensuring healthy portfolio and achieve healthy IRR; onboard dealers and brokers as per budget.
• Develop New and pre-owned car loans business across branches and locations.
• Portfolio Management.
• Engage in managing the team, provide training and knowledge about the new product and policy of the organization.
• Manage, allocate, assess business and leads from Channels/Dealers to team members across territory.
• Maintain relationships with channels/dealers and pre-asses in principle decision to fund customers.
• Monitor non-starters and PDD and identify future business prospects.
