Job summary

Mahindra Finance is hiring for a field role to drive end-to-end vehicle finance, sourcing through dealers and customers, and achieving disbursement targets. You will explain loan products, verify documents, and coordinate with Credit and Operations teams to speed up approvals.

The ideal candidate has a graduation, 2–5 years in vehicle finance or sales, and willingness to travel locally. Freshers with strong communication are welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 2–5 years in Vehicle Finance, Banking, NBFC, or Sales.

Responsibilities

• Source business through Used Car Dealers, Direct Customers, DSAs, and Local References.
• Build and maintain relationships with used car dealerships.
• Generate leads and achieve monthly vehicle loan disbursement targets.
• Guide customers on loan products, eligibility, EMI, and documentation.
• Collect and verify KYC and financial documents.
• Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for quick loan processing and disbursement.
• Track application status and provide end-to-end customer support.
• Conduct market visits to onboard new dealer partners and identify business opportunities.
