Job summary

Mahindra Finance is seeking a dynamic sales professional to generate car loan business through dealers, direct customers, DSA channels, and local market sourcing. You will achieve monthly disbursement targets while maintaining portfolio quality and build strong dealer and customer relationships to fuel growth.

Role requires in-depth local market knowledge, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel extensively to meet targets while ensuring compliance with company

Qualifications

• Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in retail asset sales, car loans, auto finance, banking, NBFC, or automobile sales.
• Strong local market knowledge, relationship-building skills, and ability to generate business through field sales activities.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills with a target-oriented approach and willingness to travel extensively.
