Job summary

Estatex Landbase in Gurugram is seeking a driven sales leader to head the real estate sales team and drive monthly targets. You will manage leads, client follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and successful deal closures.

You will also network to grow the channel partner ecosystem, monitor team performance, implement sales strategies, and provide regular progress reports to management.

Qualifications

• Real Estate experience mandatory.
• Proven experience in real estate sales and closures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• A target-oriented mindset with the ability to drive team performance.
• Experience in the real estate CP/channel partner ecosystem.
