• Monitor daily sales performance, lead conversion ratios, site visits, and booking status.
• Generate business through channel partners, brokers, referrals, and direct customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a smooth sales experience.
• Conduct regular team meetings, review performance, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, and other departments for lead management and customer handovers.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS dashboards for management review.
• Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company sales policies, pricing guidelines, and documentation procedures.
