Job summary

Freelance Consultant seeks an experienced sales leader to own the overall sales strategy, revenue growth, and P&L for the assigned vertical in Mumbai Suburban, India. You will build and scale Sales Managers and Executives, define territory plans, and drive strategic partnerships at a leadership level.

You will analyze market trends and customer needs to shape direction and report to senior management on growth initiatives, traveling extensively for market visits and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 6 years of proven field sales experience, fitness/wellness/lifestyle experience a plus.

Criteria

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 6 years of experience of proven track record in field sales; prior experience in the fitness, wellness or lifestyle industry is an added advantage.

Skills Required

• Strong ability and desire to sell products and build client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• A positive, confident and determined approach to field work and client interactions.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
