Job summary

Sumukha Hitech Products Industry is seeking a Sales Executive for the Printing & Packaging Division to expand the dealer network and grow sales in the region. The role targets water-based adhesives, coatings and specialty products for the packaging industry.

Location options include Chennai, Bangalore and Pondicherry with strong field-sales expectations. Applicants should have 2–5 years in field sales, a relevant degree, and willingness to travel widely within the territory.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of field sales experience.
• Any Degree / Printing Technology is a plus.
• Experience in printing inks, adhesives, coatings or related packaging materials preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales of water-based adhesives, coatings and specialty products for printing and packaging.
• Identify and develop new customers in the assigned territory.
• Regularly visit printing presses, packaging converters, carton/paper bag manufacturers and printers.
• Generate new enquiries and convert enquiries into sales.
• Coordinate product demos, trials and technical support with customers.
• Develop and maintain dealer and distributor networks.
• Coordinate with QC/technical teams for product recommendations.
• Follow up on quotations, samples, trials, orders and payments.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing and market developments.
• Maintain daily visit reports and sales activity logs.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.

Sumukha Hitech Products Industry is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to strengthen our Printing & Packaging Division and expand our customer and dealer network.

Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Pondicherry

Position: Sales Executive

Experience: 2–5 years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop sales of water-based adhesives, coatings and specialty products for the printing and packaging industry.
• Identify and develop new customers in the assigned territory.
• Regularly visit printing presses, packaging converters, carton manufacturers, paper bag manufacturers, label printers and packaging industries.
• Generate new enquiries and convert enquiries into sales.
• Conduct product demonstrations, trials and technical coordination with customers.
• Develop and maintain dealer and distributor networks.
• Understand customer application requirements and coordinate with the technical/QC team for suitable product recommendations.
• Follow up on quotations, samples, trials, orders and payments.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing and market developments.
• Maintain daily customer visit reports, enquiry status and sales activities.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.

ELIGIBILITY

• Any Degree / Qualification in Printing Technology will be an added advantage.
• 2–5 years of experience in field sales.
• Experience in printing inks, adhesives, coatings, packaging materials, paper, chemicals or related industries will be preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship-building ability.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Candidates with an established printing/packaging industry network will have an advantage.
