Responsibilities

• Handle sales of Printing & Packaging Machinery and Consumables in the Eastern Region.
• Develop new customers and grow business with existing customers through visits.
• Understand customer requirements and provide technical and commercial solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and respond to RFQs.
• Conduct product presentations, machinery demonstrations and product trials.
• Generate leads through exhibitions and networking.
• Coordinate with Technical, Service, Logistics, Stores and Finance for order execution.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, payments and collections.

Responsible for driving business growth in the Eastern Region through sales of Printing & Packaging Machinery, Equipment and Consumables. Build strong customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and deliver the right technical and commercial solutions to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales of Printing & Packaging Machinery such as printing/converting machines and related equipment, along with Consumables such as inks, varnishes, flexo plates, etc. in the Eastern Region.
• Develop new customers and grow business with existing customers through regular customer visits.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical and commercial solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and respond to customer enquiries and RFQs.
• Conduct product presentations, machinery demonstrations and product trials.
• Generate new leads through exhibitions, trade fairs, market visits and networking.
• Coordinate with Technical, Service, Logistics, Stores and Finance teams for smooth order execution.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, payments and collections and maintain regular customer communication.
• Keep updated on competitors, market trends, new products and technologies in the Printing & Packaging industry.

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Printing Technology.
