Job summary

Blue Star in Baroda seeks a dynamic sales professional to drive channel partnerships and account development. The role requires coordinating with architects, consultants and PMCs to expand business footprint and ensure steady revenue streams.

You will monitor stock levels, track competition and provide timely market feedback, while training channel partners and delivering accurate sales forecasts for strategic planning.

Qualifications

• BE Mech degree required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets as per ABP and debtors management.
• Handle existing channels & appoint new channels or accounts and handhold those accounts to generate consistent business.
• Develop relationships with architects, consultants & PMC to generate more business.
• Monitor stocks regularly at company warehouses.
• Monitor competition, provide information to the reporting manager and discuss actions.
• Provide sales product training to channel partners.
• Focus on increasing share of business from channels, customers and influencers.
• Perform accurate sales forecasting.
