Job summary

Blue Star in India is seeking a channel sales professional with a BE in Mechanical Engineering and 5–7 years of experience to drive target achievement and manage channel partnerships. The role focuses on developing relationships with Architects, Consultants, and PMCs to expand business, while monitoring stock levels at company warehouses and forecasting demand.

You will train channel partners, monitor competition, and work to increase share of business from various channels and influencers.

Qualifications

• BE Mech required, 5–7 years of experience in sales/channel management.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets as per ABP and debtors management.
• Handle existing channels, appoint new channels or new accounts and hold them to generate constant business.
• Develop relationships with Architects, Consultants & PMC to acquire more business.
• Monitor stocks regularly at company warehouses.
• Monitor competition, provide information to reporting manager, and discuss to arrive at suitable action.
• Provide sales product training to channel partners.
• Focus on enhancing share of business from channel/customers/influencers.
• Accurate sales forecasting.
