Job summary

AgroStar is seeking a grassroots sales professional to expand our reach in Maharashtra. You will conduct market research to identify expansion areas, onboard Saathi partners, and drive first-order sales across 100+ stores annually.

You will own partner performance reviews and ensure strong distribution of AgroStar brand products in the district. You will collaborate with capability, sales, and marketing teams to enable digital tools for partners and achieve targeted customer experiences on the

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Sales experience in the Agriculture industry.
• Graduation in BSc agriculture or a related field is mandatory.
• Complete knowledge of the local areas of the District.
• Ability to multitask.
• Passionate intrapreneurs who want to work at the grassroots level and drive impact.

Responsibilities

ROLE

• Own and drive Digital enablement tools like the mobile app for partners for targeted objectives and enhanced customer experience

REQUIREMENTS

• A graduation in BSc agriculture or a related field is mandatory
• At least 1+ years of Sales experience in the Agriculture industry
• Complete knowledge of the local areas of the District
