Job summary

Heritage Foods in India is seeking a sales professional responsible for promoting milk sales and expanding distribution networks with the objective to meet budgeted targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role includes organizing logistics, conducting market intelligence, promoting the Parlours model in the area of operation, collecting realisations, and ensuring ISO compliance. The candidate will work to enhance distribution efficiency and customer service across the territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in dairy sales or distribution is preferred.
• Ability to achieve targets and work in field sales.
• Knowledge of market intelligence and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and expand distribution networks.
• Regularly collect sales realisations and reconcile outstanding amounts.
• Organize logistics and ensure timely distribution of milk.
• Conduct market intelligence and identify gaps in marketing.
• Promote and expand the Parlours business model in the area of operation.
• Monitor, control and collect crates on time.
• Effectively control and minimize leakages and damages.
• Address customer complaints.
• Implement ISO standards and maintain documentation.
