Job summary

Heritage Food Limited is seeking a Sales Manager to promote Milk Sales and expand distribution across the area of operation, aiming to meet budgeted targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, collecting and reconciling payments, coordinating logistics for timely milk distribution, conducting market intelligence, promoting Parlours, managing crates, reducing losses, handling complaints, and implementing ISO standards and documentation.

• Achieving the Sales Targets and expansion of distribution networks.
• Regular Collection of sales realisation and reconciliation of outstanding.
• Ensure to organize the logistics and timely distribution of Milk.
• Conduct Market Intelligence & Identify the gaps in marketing.
• Promote & extend the model Parlours business in the area of operation.
• Monitoring, Controlling & Collecting the Crates on time.
• Effective control & minimize the leakages & damages.
• Addressing customer complaints.
• Implementation of ISO Standards and documentation.
