Job summary

Emedix Wellness is seeking a Jr. Sales Executive for our sales and business development team. The role involves supporting franchise sales, generating and following up on leads, explaining the franchise model, and helping expand across the assigned territory.

The position requires good communication, basic sales skills, and willingness to travel within Bihar, Jharkhand, and Eastern Uttar Pradesh. Freshers with strong communication are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream.
• 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Healthcare, Retail, Pharma, or FMCG.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Willingness to travel across Bihar, Jharkhand, and Eastern Uttar Pradesh.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on franchise sales leads.
• Contact prospective franchise partners through calls and meetings.
• Explain the franchise business model, investment requirements, and benefits.
• Assist in business presentations and client meetings.
• Visit potential locations and support site assessments.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain client relationships.
• Update CRM records and maintain daily sales reports.

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Jr. Sales Executive to support franchise sales, generate leads, follow up with prospective clients, explain the franchise business model, and help expand EMEDIX Wellness across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
