Job Description

We are looking for a Sales / BD Executive to join our team at Vibcare Pharma. In this role, you will handle franchise and PCD enquiries, follow up with potential distributors, and help grow our domestic business. Full training will be provided, offering a stable and encouraging environment for candidates looking to build a long-term career in pharma sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to incoming PCD franchise enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Connect with prospective clients, share product catalogs, price lists, and details on monthly schemes.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to close deals and support distributor onboarding.
• Promote company focus products to new and existing franchise partners.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-up status, and orders in the CRM.
• Coordinate with senior team members to handle customer queries and streamline order booking.
• Assist in day-to-day lead generation activities and support overall sales targets.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years in telecalling, inside sales, or business development. Relevant freshers with strong communication are also welcome.
• Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Pharma, B.Sc, BBA, B.Com, or equivalent).
• Skills:
  • Good verbal communication in Hindi and basic conversational English.
  • Comfortable with phone-based sales discussions and daily client follow-ups.
  • Basic computer knowledge including MS Excel, email drafting, and WhatsApp Web.
• Willingness to learn pharma sales processes and follow company guidelines.
• Disciplined, organized, and focused on building a stable career.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
