Job summary

MedleyMed in Hyderabad is hiring Field Senior/Sales Executives to bring pharmacies and distributors onto our platform and grow consumer orders. This is a field role with daily shop visits, calls and WhatsApp follow-ups to drive onboarding and usage.

You will meet shop owners and distributors, pitch the product, close deals, and ensure onboarding with basic staff training. Targets and KPIs will be used to evaluate performance monthly.

Qualifications

• Field sales experience in Pharma, ERP or online B2B platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and build pipeline through field visits and local networks.
• Meet pharmacy owners and distributors, pitch the product.
• Close deals and onboard customers, including basic staff training.
• Drive app downloads and consumer orders in the assigned area.
• Maintain post-onboarding account activity and follow up via calls/WhatsApp.
• Record daily activity and report to the manager.
• Share market feedback with the team.

MedleyMed is hiring Field Senior/Sales Executives in Hyderabad. You will bring pharmacies and distributors onto our platform and grow consumer orders onto our platform. This is a field job — you will be out meeting shop owners every day, with calls and WhatsApp used for follow-ups.

What you will do

• Generate leads and build your own pipeline in your assigned area, through field visits, references and local networks.


• Meet pharmacy owners and distributors, understand their business, and pitch the product.


• Close the deal and complete onboarding, including basic training for the customer's staff.


• Drive consumer downloads and orders on the app in your area.


• Stay in touch with your customers after onboarding and keep their accounts active.


• Follow up on calls and WhatsApp and share approved marketing material with leads and customers.


• Record your daily work and report to your manager.


• Share market and customer feedback with the team.

The role carries monthly targets and performance KPIs, and you will be reviewed against them.

Who can apply

• 1-3 years of field sales experience. Selling ERPs & Other Tech Solutions or Online B2B pharmaceutical E-commerce to pharmacies, distributors or small shops is preferred.


• Any graduate


• Telugu and Hindi fluently, with basic English.


• Own two-wheelers with a valid driving license, and a smartphone.


• Ready to work in the field for most of the day.
