Job summary

Zenith Industrial Rubber Products in Tamil Nadu seeks a proactive Field Sales Executive to drive new enquiries and manage existing customers for rubber products and related engineering goods. You will visit industrial customers, understand applications, prepare quotations, and target monthly sales.

Strong communication, basic Excel/ERP knowledge, and willingness to travel are essential for success in this role. Local market awareness and a Diploma/degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of field sales / industrial sales experience.
• Experience with rubber, conveyors, hoses, gaskets or related industrial products preferred.
• Willingness to travel for field/customer visits; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to industrial customers, workshops, contractors, fabricators, dealers & distributors.
• Generate new enquiries and convert them into sales; achieve monthly targets.
• Manage existing customers and develop repeat business; handle outlet sales and inquiries.
• Prepare quotations and follow up for orders; coordinate collections and dispatch.
• Maintain daily sales/visit records and update ERP.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to industrial customers, workshops, contractors, fabricators, dealers & distributors
• Generate new enquiries and convert them into sales
• Manage existing customers and develop repeat business

• Handle outlet/counter sales and customer enquiries
• Understand customer applications and recommend suitable products
• Prepare quotations and follow up for orders
• Coordinate for collections, dispatch and customer complaints
• Maintain daily sales/visit records and update ERP

Candidate Profile

• 1 to 4 years of experience in Field Sales / Industrial Sales / Technical Sales
• Experience in industrial products, engineering products, rubber, conveyor belts, hoses, bearings, gaskets, hardware, etc. preferred
• Willingness to travel for field/customer visits
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Basic MS Excel & ERP knowledge
• Local market knowledge preferred
