Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] in Ahmedabad is seeking a sales-oriented professional to drive daily and monthly targets, engage customers, and promote products in-store. The role requires strong communication and time management, with flexibility for fresher candidates and those with 2 years of retail experience.

You will ensure SOP adherence, assist with stock management, and help create promotional displays to enhance in-store experience for customers. Multilingual abilities are desirable.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales.

Requirements

Key Task:

• Sales
• o Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• o Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
• o Demonstrating and presenting products
• o Support the customer to identify the right perfume.
• · Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• · Stock Audits
• · DSR and Daily checklists
• · Placing stock request to HO
• · Validating and receiving stock.

Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required.
