Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume in Mumbai is seeking a proactive Retail Sales Associate to drive daily and monthly targets, engage customers, demonstrate products and maintain store standards.

Role involves inviting customers, explaining MYOP concepts, helping select the right perfume, keeping the store clean and merchandised, and assisting with stock audits and daily checklists. Freshers welcome with strong communication in multiple languages.

Qualifications

• Graduates with 2 years retail sales experience or freshers welcome.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for sales.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Work towards monthly and daily targets.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in Stock Management.

Requirements

• Support the customer to identify the right perfume.

• Validating and receiving stock.
• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required.

Qualification

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales.
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.
