Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume in Bengaluru is seeking a sales-oriented individual to join our outlet and drive customer engagement and product demonstrations. You will help invite customers, present MYOP concepts, and assist in identifying the right perfume while maintaining store standards and promotional displays.

Freshers are welcome; graduates with retail experience are preferred. Strong communication across languages and excellent time management are essential, with training provided to ensure

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skills and with passion towards sales.
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Working towards monthly and daily targets.
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
• Excellent work ethic and time management skills.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store.
• Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and store timing.
• Assist store manager in Stock Management.
• Completion of all trainings within the defined timeline.
• Sales: inviting customers, introducing MYOP concept, demonstrating products, helping identify right perfume.
• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Stock Audits
• DSR and Daily checklists
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock.
• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cox dept if required.
