Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) is hiring for a store associate to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction in our India outlets.

The ideal candidate may be a graduate or fresher, with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. You will handle stock, merchandising, and promotions while upholding SOPs and store etiquette. Fluency in multiple languages is preferred, and you will engage customers, demonstrate products, and aim to meet monthly targets.

Responsibilities

• Work towards monthly and daily targets.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Adhere to SOP and store etiquette.
• Assist store manager in stock management.
• Complete trainings within defined timeline.
• Store cleanliness, merchandising, and stock audits.
• Place stock requests to HO and validate receipts.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate as needed.
• Invite customers to outlet and demonstrate products.
• Help customers identify the right perfume.

Qualification
