Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) in Port Blair is hiring a Store Sales Associate to drive sales, greet customers, demonstrate products, and guide choices for the right perfume. You will uphold store standards and assist with stock management.

Freshers are welcome; graduates with retail experience are preferred. Multilingual communication and a strong work ethic are valued in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduates with 2 years retail sales experience or freshers may apply.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for sales.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and invite customers to the outlet with a welcoming approach.
• Demonstrate and present MYOP products to customers and assist in selecting perfumes.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and stock audits.
• Follow SOPs, store etiquette, and daily checklists (DSR).
• Assist store manager with stock management and placing stock requests to HO.
• Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.
• Complete all trainings within the defined timeline.

• Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and store timing
• Assist store manager in Stock Management

Qualification

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands
• Freshers can also apply
• Candidates with excellent communication skills and with passion towards sales
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages
