Job summary

Megamax Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Solar EPC sales professional in India to identify and convert opportunities across C&I, industrial, institutional, and residential sectors.

You will conduct meetings, present solutions, demonstrate ROI, and close orders for rooftop and ground-mounted installations. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of Solar EPC sales experience, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a track record of meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate with Solar EPC sales experience of 1-2 years.

• Generate leads through direct sales, references, consultants, EPC partners, and channel partners.
• Build relationships with industrial clients, factories, warehouses, hospitals, educational institutions, hotels, and commercial establishments.

• Promote rooftop and ground-mounted Solar EPC solutions.
• Understand customer energy consumption and recommend suitable solar solutions.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share.
• Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

Technical Sales Support

• Conduct preliminary site surveys.
• Coordinate with the design team for system sizing and feasibility.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
• Explain ROI, payback period, and financial benefits of solar installations.
• Present project proposals to customers.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Follow up on enquiries until project closure.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Commercial Negotiation

• Negotiate commercial terms.
• Finalize contracts and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with finance regarding payment milestones.
• Support collection of outstanding payments.

Coordination

• Work closely with Engineering, Procurement, Projects, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Support project execution wherever required.
• Monitor competitor pricing and offerings.
• Track new technologies and market trends.
• Stay updated on MNRE guidelines, DISCOM policies, net metering regulations, and government incentives.

Educational Qualification

• Any Graduate with relevant Solar EPC sales experience of 1-2 years.
