Job summary

KAAPRO Management Solutions is hiring an HVAC Sales Engineer for a leading client in Bharuch, Gujarat. This on-site role requires 2–3 years of experience in HVAC or industrial sales and a diploma or BE/BTech in Mechanical or related field.

You will lead generation, client relations, technical assessments, prepare quotations, and support handover to project teams, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation & client relations: identify and develop new business with industrial and commercial clients, consultants and contractors.
• Technical assessments & design support: understand client needs, visit sites, assess requirements and propose HVAC solutions.
• Deal closure & project handover: prepare quotations, negotiate, close deals and hand over to project/execution teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Client Relations: Identify and generate new business leads, build and maintain strong relationships with industrial and commercial clients, consultants and contractors.
• Technical Assessments & Design: Understand client requirements, conduct site visits and technical assessments, and support in proposing suitable HVAC solutions and system designs.
• Deal Closure & Project Handover: Prepare quotations and techno-commercial proposals, negotiate and close deals, and ensure smooth handover to the project/execution team.
• Market Analysis: Track market trends, competitor activity and upcoming projects in the region to identify new business opportunities.
