• Ensure smooth handover to execution team and maintain client relationships.
• Provide monthly sales reports and market insights to management.

HVAC Project Sales Engineers (5 Vacancies)

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented HVAC Project Sales Engineers to drive business growth in our Ahmedabad region. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between engineering and sales, managing the entire lifecycle from identifying project opportunities to executing technical-commercial proposals and closing high-value HVAC project contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Sales: Identify, qualify, and secure new HVAC project opportunities. Manage order booking pipeline to meet established sales forecasts.
• Tender & Inquiry Management: End-to-end evaluation of incoming tenders and inquiries from clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Proposal Preparation: Develop detailed technical and commercial proposals. Create accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimations aligned with client engineering specifications.
• Project Handover & CRM: Ensure a seamless transition of booked orders to the execution team with complete project handover documentation. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and consultants.
• Reporting: Regularly track and submit monthly sales reports, market intelligence, and customer visit updates to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of solid experience specifically in HVAC Project Execution, HVAC Project Sales, or EPC contracting.
• Location: Candidates must be currently based in or willing to work directly out of Ahmedabad.
