Job summary

e-stonetech is looking for a dynamic Fresher HVAC Sales Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team in India. You will generate leads, build customer relationships, and support sales activities to achieve targets.

The role requires a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC or related field. Training will be provided, and travel to client sites may be required as part of field-based responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the HVAC market.
• Make customer calls and conduct field visits to generate sales leads.
• Visit contractors, consultants, builders, architects, facility managers, and end customers.
• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable HVAC products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team when required.
• Follow up with customers on enquiries, quotations, and orders.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Support senior sales team members in customer meetings and business development activities.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain customer information, sales reports, and daily activity reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, installation, and service requirements.
• Keep updated on HVAC products, market trends, and competitor activities.
