Job summary

Square Yards in Bengaluru is looking for a Manager - Sales to drive end-to-end property sales through CRM leads. You will conduct site visits, negotiate with buyers and push closures to hit weekly targets.

The role offers uncapped incentives, a fixed CTC in the 4–6 LPA range, and potential for advancement within a five-day workweek. A graduate with 1 year of sales experience and strong communication will fit best.

Qualifications

• Graduate from any discipline is preferred.
• 1 year of experience in sales in any industry is preferred.

• Uncapped Incentives based on sales performance (~INR 35K plus per month on achieving bare minimum targets & 1L plus for consistent performers)
• Earn 10% salary hike on target based auto-appraisals and promotion every 3 months (Avg 1 deal/month)
• CTC – 4 to 6 Lakh Fixed (Experienced Only)
