Job summary

Square Yard in Bengaluru seeks a dynamic sales professional to drive end-to-end property sales, from CRM leads to successful closures. You will conduct site visits for interested clients and negotiate with buyers to close deals.

The role targets 5–6 site visits weekly, with uncapped incentives, ESOPs, and growth opportunities including team management after consistent performance. A 4–6 LPA fixed package is offered with performance-based upside.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Hindi & English; local language is an advantage.
• Energetic, aggressive, enthusiastic and confident.
• Graduate from any discipline preferred.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Applicant must be currently employed or serving notice period.

Educational Qualification & Work Experience :

Compensation, Perks and Benefits:

• Uncapped Incentives based on sales performance (~INR 35K plus per month on achieving bare minimum targets & 1L plus for consistent performers)
• Earn 10% salary hike on target based auto-appraisals and promotion every 3 months (Avg 1 deal/month)
• CTC – 4 to 6 Lakh Fixed (Experienced Only)
• 5 Day work week
• Earn ESOPs on every deal closed
• Earn 40% Incentives upon overachieving base targets
• Upon achieving 6+ deals, you will be eligible for managing teams
