Job summary

Shubhashray Housing India in Gurgaon / Neemrana is seeking a Sales Executive & Relationship Manager to drive revenue in Real Estate. You will hit monthly targets, respond to inquiries, and conduct site visits, building strong customer relationships and promoting referrals.

The role requires a minimum Graduation and 3+ years in related fields are preferred. Ownership of conveyance is mandatory, with a fixed salary up to 6 LPA plus incentives and corporate health insurance.

Job Description

1. Hitting monthly sales target
2. Responding to all inquiries received and regularly follow up with them
3. Conducting site visits
4. Maintaining and developing relationships with customers for referral bookings and channel partners for new sales
5. Conducting outdoor promotional activities like participating in trade fairs, canopy installation, etc

Key Skills Needed

1. Should be able to sell honestly and transparently
2. 3+ years of experience in Real Estate/Hospitality/Insurance/Telecom is preferable but not necessary.
3. Good relationship building skills
4. Good communication and convincing skills

Mandate Requirement: Should have his/her own conveyance

CTC :

• Upto 6 lacs per year; negotiable based on competence
• Sales incentive paid monthly
• Corporate Health insurance
