Job summary

Rexel India Pvt. Ltd. in Pune, India, is seeking an experienced sales professional to manage existing customers and cultivate new ones in the industrial automation space.

You will handle OEMs, panels, and end-users, with tendering experience, and leverage strong negotiation and communication skills to close orders in a fast-paced environment. Experience with PLC, HMI, SCADA, and VFDs is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in sales/business development for industrial automation products.
• Experience with OEM/Panel/End-user customer handling and tendering knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage existing clients and develop new business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong negotiation capabilities.

Job Description

• Exp: 3 -6 years
• Able to manage Existing Clients.
• New customer development by following up on leads and prospecting
• Follow up quotations, commercial negotiations, and persuade/convince customer to place the order with us
• Required OEM/ Panel / end user customer handling experience with tendering knowledge.
• Excellent Communication & interpersonal skills (Default Skill)
• Excellent command over Excel, Power point, Word (Default skill)
• Ability to work in fast paced and dynamic work environment
• Negotiation Skills
• Must have experience in B2B Sales and Marketing for Industrial Automation products like PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFDs
• Added advantage for experience in distribution or integration.
• Having Knowledge of Handling the OEM Maret, End User Markets, Panel Builder’s. Also need to have Automation Knowledge on any Top Brands Such as Schneider Electric, AB, Siemens. OMRON
