Job Summary

The Sales Engineer is responsible for supporting sales operations, customer relationship management, inventory coordination, logistics planning, and supply chain activities. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and customers, managing inventory data, preparing sales reports, and ensuring smooth execution of sales and logistics processes to achieve business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support sales activities and coordinate with customers regarding product requirements and order status.
• Manage and track inventory levels to ensure product availability.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery of materials.
• Prepare sales reports, inventory reports, and performance dashboards using Excel and SAP.
• Monitor order processing, stock movements, and material availability.
• Maintain accurate sales, inventory, and logistics records.
• Assist in demand planning, material planning, and supply chain coordination activities.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth business operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide sales support services.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and reporting requirements.
• Support business growth through effective customer service and operational coordination.

Mandatory Requirements

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE).
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales Support, or Inventory Management.
• Working knowledge of SAP (Sales & Inventory Modules).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, reporting, and data analysis.
• Experience in Warehouse Operations and Logistics Planning.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
