Job summary

Tech Sales Jobs is hiring a Sales Development Representative in Chennai, India. You will make 40-70 outbound calls daily to leads from sign-ups, databases, and campaigns, explain value clearly, qualify leads, and book demos for the sales team.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of outbound calling experience for technical products, strong English and Hindi, and comfortable with CRMs, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business. Performance-driven with a growth mindset encouraged.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in outbound calling for a technical product.
• Excellent spoken English and Hindi; any regional language is a bonus (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, etc.).
• Confident on the phone, comfortable with rejection, and persistent in follow-ups.
• Strong listening skills.
• Driven by targets.
• Basic comfort with CRMs, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.
• Interest in outbound sales is a plus.
