Responsibilities

• Review and validate sales orders; create ERP orders.
• Coordinate with accounts to initiate PI and documents.
• Answer inquiries on availability, specs, and status.
• Provide operational support by resolving system/order queries.
• Track and close sales cycle in ERP with proper docs.
• Collaborate with logistics for stock monitoring and dispatch.
• Prepare quarterly sales reports and forecast trends.
• Monitor product version updates and inform the team.
• Follow up on payments to ensure timely collections.
• Use Zoho Sheet and Zoho Cliq for reporting and coordination.

Job description

Manage and process retail and project sales orders through Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Inventory, ensuring accurate order creation and lifecycle completion.

• Review and validate sales orders created by the sales team and independently create orders in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with the accounts team to initiate Proforma Invoices (PI) and ensure smooth financial documentation.
• Handle client inquiries regarding product availability, specifications, and order status, ensuring timely responses and customer satisfaction.
• Provide operational support to the sales team by resolving system, order, and product-related queries.
• Track and close the sales cycle in ERP systems, ensuring accurate documentation and order completion.
• Collaborate closely with the logistics team for stock monitoring and material dispatch coordination.
• Conduct quarterly sales reporting and analysis, identifying trends and supporting sales forecasting.
• Monitor product version upgrades and changes, ensuring accurate information flow to sales teams and clients.
• Perform payment follow-ups with clients to ensure timely collections and maintain healthy cash flow.
• Use collaboration and productivity tools such as Zoho Sheet and Zoho Cliq for reporting, communication, and internal coordination.
