Job summary

Kairav Chemofarbe Industries in Thane seeks a Senior Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with order processing, MIS reporting, and ERP data management.

The ideal candidate is a Graduate in Commerce/Business with 13 years of experience in sales coordination or back-office roles, plus advanced Excel skills and hands-on ERP experience (SAP, Tally, Oracle, Zoho, or similar).

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce or Business preferred.
• 13 years of experience in sales coordination/back-office support.
• Strong hands-on MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Working experience with ERP software (SAP, Tally ERP, Oracle, Zoho, or similar).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the sales team in day-to-day operations, order processing, and follow-ups.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and dashboards using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, formulas, charts).
• Enter, update, and track sales orders, invoices, and customer data in the ERP system.
• Liaise between sales, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Track sales targets, follow up on pending payments/orders, and generate periodic performance reports.
• Maintain and update customer database, price lists, and quotations.
• Coordinate with dispatch/warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle client queries, complaints, and after-sales coordination.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales MIS reports for management review.
• Assist in sales forecasting and inventory coordination through the ERP.
