Job description

The Sales Coordinator serves as the primary operational backbone of the sales department. This role ensures smooth day-to-day sales operations, bridges communication between sales reps and internal teams (such as logistics, operations, and finance), and provides timely service to clients.

• Salary :- 4- 5 LPA Including Incentives
• Exp :- 2/3 years
• Process sales orders, quotes, contracts, and invoices in the CRM system accurately and promptly.

• Maintain and update customer records, sales leads, and pipeline databases.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, performance tracking metrics, and forecasts for management.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics or supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery.

Customer & Communication Support

• Act as the first point of contact for client queries regarding product details, order status, pricing, and deliveries.
• Handle incoming sales leads, triage requests, and assign them to the appropriate sales representatives.
• Resolve customer issues or elevate complex complaints to account managers.

Sr. Management Support

• Organize sales team meetings, schedule client presentations, and manage travel itineraries for Sr. Management.
• Help onboard new sales staff on internal CRM tools, administrative workflows, and sales documentation.
• Liaise with marketing, billing, and product teams to align promotional strategies and operational support.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or B2B Sales roles or BD roles.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho) is preferred.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
• Basic understanding of sales analytics and order processing systems.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational skills, multi-tasking under deadlines, and strong problem-solving ability.
