Job summary

JSW Motors Limited is seeking a Sales Consultant to handle walk-ins and enquiries, demonstrate vehicles, coordinate test drives and close sales with a focus on a high-quality buying experience.

You will also quote, negotiate, and upsell finance, insurance, warranties and accessories while keeping CRM/DMS records up-to-date and following up with customers for referrals and post-sale service.

Qualifications

The Sales Consultant is the primary customer-facing role responsible for enquiry handling, product demonstration, test drives and closing sales for the dealerships, delivering a high-quality buying experience.

Responsibilities

Walk-in and enquiry handling per sales process standards.
Product presentation and test drive delivery.
Quotation, negotiation and booking closure.
Sales of finance, insurance, extended warranty and accessories.
CRM/DMS update and timely follow-up.
Customer delivery experience coordination.
Post-sale follow-up and referral generation.
Staying current on product and charging ecosystem knowledge.
