This role is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences by guiding prospective buyers through the entire vehicle acquisition journey. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that every interaction reflects the premium standards of our automotive showroom while consistently meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with walk-in customers and digital leads to understand their automotive requirements and preferences.
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives, highlighting key features and safety specifications.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline, from initial inquiry to final vehicle delivery and post-sales follow-up.
- Collaborate with the finance and insurance department to explain loan options and documentation requirements to customers.
- Maintain an updated database of leads and customer interactions in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Participate in showroom events, promotional activities, and off-site activations to increase brand visibility.
- Ensure all showroom documentation and vehicle handover processes comply with OEM and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any stream from a recognized university.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in automotive sales or premium retail environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local regional language.
- Valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Willingness to work in a 6-day work week environment, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
Preferred
- Prior experience with a reputed automotive dealership.
- Existing certification in OEM-specific sales training programs.
- Strong local network and understanding of the regional automotive market.

Qualifications

Work Environment
On-site at a modern automotive dealership. Standard shift timing is 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, six days a week, with rotational weekly offs.
