Role Description

The Sales Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ernakulam. In this role, the Sales Consultant engages with walk-in and referred customers, understands their mobility needs, and recommends suitable Maruti Suzuki vehicles and finance or insurance options. Responsibilities include presenting product features and benefits, conducting test drives, preparing quotations, and supporting customers through booking, documentation, and delivery. The role involves maintaining regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, and contributing to showroom sales targets. Sales Consultants collaborate with the showroom and workshop teams to provide a smooth, high-quality customer experience before and after the sale, while accurately updating sales records and reports.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate vehicle solutions.

• Willingness to Undertake Field Activities: Candidates must be willing to work extensively in the field, including customer visits, conducting test drives, and other sales-related activities, as required for this field sales position.
