Qualificações

• Freshers welcome; 0–1 year in telecalling, inside sales, or business development.
• Graduate in any stream (B.Pharma, B.Sc, BBA, B.Com, or BA).
• Good verbal communication in Hindi & basic English.
• Comfortable with telecalling and regular client interactions by phone.
• Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Web, and Email.
• Willing to understand and explain product lists and commercial schemes after training.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Seeking a long-term, stable career in pharma sales.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming PCD franchise and distributor enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Follow up regularly with qualified leads to convert them into active franchise partners.
• Explain product catalogs, rate lists, and monthly schemes to prospective clients.
• Share product visual aids, LBLs, and promotional material details with interested distributors.
• Promote focus products and help clients select suitable product ranges for their territory.
• Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, and enquiry status in CRM / Excel.
• Coordinate with senior sales team members to close distributor onboarding deals.
• Build strong, long-term business relationships with new and existing franchise partners.
