Job summary

Rookie Ninja is seeking an Outbound Sales Associate in Hyderabad to drive growth by reaching out to retailers, resellers, and business buyers, pitching electronics, gadgets, and software, handling objections, and closing orders.

You will perform high-volume outbound calls, target-driven sales, and maintain CRM records, while coordinating with dispatch for smooth order fulfilment and sharing market insights with the Team Lead.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Fluent in Telugu and Hindi with basic to good English.
• Phone-based, target-driven role with CRM entry.
• Comfortable with basic computer literacy and Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to generate leads, follow up, and close sales.
• Pitch products clearly, understand customer needs, and recommend the right solution.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of every interaction, order, and follow-up in the CRM.
• Handle objections professionally and build long-term relationships with repeat buyers.
• Coordinate with dispatch and support teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Share customer feedback and market insights with the Team Lead.

You will reach out to prospective and existing customers — retailers, resellers, and business buyers — pitch our electronics, gadget, and software products, handle objections, and close orders. • Confident, persuasive communication in Telugu, Hindi, and basic-to-good English.
• Comfortable with a phone-heavy, target-based role.
• Basic computer literacy — CRM entry, Excel / Google Sheets, email.
• Positive, resilient attitude and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Prior experience selling electronics, mobile accessories, gadgets, or software.
