Job summary

HVK Systems Marketing in Coimbatore seeks a Sales & Service engineer responsible for sales and business development of hydraulic products. You will visit customers and provide hydraulic solutions, prepare techno-commercial offers, and negotiate quotations to meet targets.

The role includes installation, commissioning, testing of Hydraulic Power Packs at customer sites, and troubleshooting service issues. Diploma/BE in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical & Electronics is required; Tamil & English

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Hydraulic Systems & Components (Pumps, Valves, Cylinders, HPU).
• Knowledge of Hydraulic Circuit Reading is a must.
• Good communication in Tamil & English (Hindi is added advantage).
• Two-wheeler with valid Driving License is mandatory for field work.
• Willing to travel extensively; occasional travel to Kerala.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Sales & Business Development of Hydraulic Products.
• Visiting existing customers and generating new leads / enquiries in Industrial, Machine Tool, Press, and Mobile Equipment sectors.
• Preparation of Techno-Commercial Offers, Quotations and Price Negotiation.
• Achieving monthly sales targets and payment follow-up.
• Coordinating with Design & Production team for custom requirements.
• Installation, Commissioning and Testing of Hydraulic Power Packs at customer site.
• Troubleshooting & attending service complaints - leakage, pressure drop, heating, noise issues.
• Handling Hydraulic Pump, Valve, Cylinder testing and repair.
• Providing Preventive Maintenance support and training to customers.
• Preparing Service Reports and maintaining service records.
