Job summary

HVK Systems & Marketing Pvt. Ltd. in South India is hiring a Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support hydraulic systems at customer sites. You will work with engineering teams to diagnose issues and ensure reliable operation.

The role targets Mechanical Engineering graduates with 0–2 years of experience, offering hands-on training, exposure to hydraulic components, and opportunities to develop deep technical skills while traveling to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, hydraulics, or related engineering.
• Fresh Mechanical Engineering graduates with strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, inspect, and service hydraulic systems and equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic system issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs on hydraulic equipment.
• Read and interpret hydraulic circuit diagrams and schematics.
• Inspect, test, and maintain hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, and power packs.
• Prepare accurate service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
• Provide technical support to customers and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Work closely with engineering and sales teams to deliver high-quality customer solutions.
• Follow company safety standards and quality procedures during all service activities.

Role Overview

As a Service Engineer at HVK, you will work closely with customers and internal engineering teams to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support hydraulic systems and solutions. This role provides hands-on exposure to industrial hydraulic applications and an opportunity to develop deep technical expertise through training and field experience.
