Job summary
Hydro Prokav Pumps India Pvt Ltd in Coimbatore invites a dedicated Service Engineer to deliver onsite technical support across South India. The role emphasizes fault analysis, corrective actions, and proactive customer communication, with frequent travel to client sites.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering is required.
- Experience in the pump industry, preferably service, maintenance, troubleshooting or commissioning.
- Willing to travel extensively across customer locations in South India.
Responsibilities
- Attend customer complaints and provide timely technical support.
- Analyse pump failures and identify root causes.
- Recommend and implement corrective actions to improve pump performance and reliability.
- Register customer complaints in the system and track them through to closure.
- Coordinate with internal departments and customers to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Prepare service reports and communicate findings professionally.
- Provide technical guidance and maintenance recommendations to customers.
- Take ownership of customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Travel extensively across South India for service activities and customer support.
