Job summary

Vipany Global is seeking an experienced RPO Program Manager to lead a strategic enterprise RPO engagement in Hyderabad, India. This senior, client-facing role reports to Vipany's delivery leadership and collaborates with the client's TA leadership, HR and hiring managers.

You will own the end-to-end recruitment delivery strategy, transition and stabilization, oversee governance, KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across processes and teams, including onsite and offshore delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, with significant leadership experience.
• Prior experience in an RPO environment preferred.
• Experience managing large-scale or complex hiring programs for global enterprises.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment delivery, workforce planning, sourcing, and governance.
• Ability to manage senior client stakeholders and hiring leaders.
• Strong leadership, communication and executive stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall RPO engagement and act as the senior point of contact for the client.
• Lead implementation, transition and stabilization of the RPO program.
• Translate the client's workforce/hiring plan into a structured recruitment delivery strategy.
• Build strong relationships with TA leadership, HR stakeholders and senior hiring managers.
• Drive hiring governance including weekly reviews, monthly business reviews, SLA/KPI tracking, demand forecasting and escalations.
• Lead and mentor onsite and offshore recruitment delivery teams.
• Monitor requisition aging, hiring funnels, recruiter productivity, offer conversion and joining ratios.
• Identify delivery risks and bottlenecks early and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure consistent quality of hiring and candidate experience across the engagement.
• Partner with the client on talent-market intelligence and sourcing strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes, technology and reporting.
• Work with Vipany leadership to ensure delivery commitments and client expectations are met.

Role Overview

Vipany Global is looking for an experienced RPO Program Manager to lead one of our key enterprise RPO engagements in Hyderabad.

This is a senior, client-facing role responsible for the overall success of the RPO program. The person will be deployed at the client's office and will work closely with the client's Talent Acquisition leadership, HR leaders, hiring managers and Vipany's delivery leadership.

We are looking for someone who has strong Talent Acquisition leadership experience, preferably with direct experience managing or working within an RPO environment, and who can independently drive a large-scale hiring program from strategy through execution.

What We Are Looking For

• 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, with significant experience in leadership roles.
• Prior experience in an RPO environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing large-scale or complex hiring programs, preferably for GCCs, technology/product organizations or global enterprises.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment delivery, workforce planning, sourcing, stakeholder management and recruitment operations.
• Experience managing senior client stakeholders and hiring leaders.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, SLAs, dashboards and governance.
• Ability to independently manage delivery challenges and escalations.
• Strong leadership, communication and executive stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable working onsite at the client's Hyderabad office.
