Taggd is seeking an experienced Manager-RPO in Chennai to lead recruitment for manufacturing, plant, OEM, and related sectors. The role emphasizes relationship building with stakeholders and delivering high-quality sourcing aligned to business needs.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in search or RPO, strong communication, and proven headhunting skills to attract top talent for automobile, auto components, EV, and heavy engineering projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Search or RPO firms.
• Excellent communication skills and zeal to nurture a career in RPO space.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders, TA leadership, HR contacts, and across Taggd.
• Understand the assigned business units to align sourcing strategy with future recruitment needs.
• Provide regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly communications to hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Serve as a key contact for recruitment, sourcing, or strategy queries for the RPO team.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback to drive optimum solutions for both parties.
• Analyze and report recruitment trends, results, and insights to guide future activity and reduce risk.
• Explain process and benefits of Taggd solutions and services to stakeholders.
• Ensure governance and compliance for the team, policies, and procedures.
• Demonstrate extensive sourcing and hands-on recruiting experience.
• Regularly review team numbers and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong and constructive relationships with business stakeholders, TA leadership, key HR contacts, as well as across the broader Taggd business.
• Gain a sound understanding of the assigned business/s (structure, nature of their work and business challenges faced) to enable anticipation of businesses future recruitment needs, ensure sourcing strategy is aligned with these requirements.
• Ensure effective and high-quality regular weekly, monthly and quarterly communication with the hiring manager community and various key senior business stakeholders, facilitating a consultative recruitment experience through knowledge and intelligence sharing, as well as accurate reporting.
• Become a key contact point for recruitment, sourcing or strategy queries/issues that arise pertaining to the RPO team.
• Actively seek and act on feedback from key stakeholders to drive optimum solutions for both parties.
• Analyze and communicate to client/s and Taggd peers recruitment trends, results, and insights (business unit, client, and external market) to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance and reduce risk.
• Communicate the process and benefits of the solution and Taggd membership to key stakeholders, including changes in process, new initiatives/ projects, and additional service offerings.
• Governance and Compliance (Team, Recruiting Numbers, Policy, Process, Procedure)
• Extensive experience in Sourcing and hands-on recruiting will be key to this role.
• Regular Team/recruiting numbers/SLAs review.

Job Requirements

• Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate.
• Experience: 8+ Years in Search / RPO Firms OR We are open to hiring quick learners who possess excellent communication skills and have strong zeal to nurture a career in RPO space.
