Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day recruitment delivery for the assigned RPO program.
• Partner with hiring managers to gather requirements and set priorities.
• Allocate requisitions across recruiters and monitor timelines.
• Drive sourcing strategy for tech, product, and digital roles.
• Review candidate quality before submission and calibrate recruiters.
• Track funnel from sourcing to joining and report outcomes.
• Conduct regular recruiter reviews on pipeline, aging, productivity, conversion.
• Coordinate with client TA teams and hiring managers for feedback and decisions.
• Identify difficult roles and map targeted sourcing strategies.
• Drive candidate engagement through the offer-to-joining lifecycle.
• Maintain ATS discipline and accurate recruitment reporting.
• Escalate bottlenecks and risks to the RPO Program Manager.
• Coach recruiters on sourcing, assessment, and delivery quality.
• Support dashboards, weekly reviews, and program governance.

Role Overview

Vipany Global is looking for an experienced RPO Program Lead to manage the day-to-day recruitment delivery for one of our key enterprise RPO engagements in Hyderabad.

The role will be based at the client's office and will work closely with the RPO Program Manager, client Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers and Vipany's recruitment delivery team.

We are looking for someone with 10+ years of strong Talent Acquisition experience, ideally gained through an in-house TA role with a product/technology organization, GCC, or in a senior delivery role within a recruitment/RPO organization.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who understands recruitment deeply and can drive recruiters, hiring managers and candidate pipelines towards hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day recruitment delivery for the assigned RPO program.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, conduct intake/calibration discussions and establish hiring priorities.
• Allocate requisitions across recruiters and monitor delivery against agreed timelines.
• Drive sourcing strategy for technology, product, digital and other business-critical roles.
• Review candidate quality before submission and ensure strong recruiter calibration.
• Track the complete recruitment funnel from sourcing through interviews, offers and joining.
• Conduct regular recruiter reviews covering pipeline, aging requisitions, productivity and conversion ratios.
• Coordinate closely with client TA teams and hiring managers for interview feedback and hiring decisions.
• Identify difficult-to-fill positions and create targeted sourcing and talent-mapping strategies.
• Drive candidate engagement through the recruitment and offer-to-joining lifecycle.
• Maintain ATS/process discipline and ensure accurate recruitment reporting.
• Identify delivery bottlenecks and escalated risks early to the RPO Program Manager.
• Coach recruiters on sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder management and delivery quality.
• Support hiring dashboards, weekly reviews and program governance.

What We Are Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Strong experience as an in-house recruiter / TA Lead / TA Manager in a product company, technology organization or GCC, OR significant experience in a senior recruitment delivery role within a recruitment/RPO firm.
• Strong hands‑on understanding of technology/product hiring.
• Experience managing recruiters and multiple concurrent requisitions.
• Strong sourcing and candidate‑assessment capabilities.
• Ability to interact confidently with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Good understanding of recruitment funnels, conversion ratios, aging and hiring metrics.
• Strong ownership and problem‑solving orientation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable working onsite at the client's Hyderabad office.
