Job summary

NR Consulting is seeking a high-ownership, client-facing recruiter deployed at client locations to manage the recruitment lifecycle end-to-end. You will own relationships with hiring managers, drive closures, and maintain rapid turnaround times in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, ownership, and the ability to deliver quality pipelines for IT/Tech/SAP roles, in an on-site setting across Mumbai. Strong communication and multi-requirement handling are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience in agency/RPO preferred.
• Experience in client-facing or on-site recruitment roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience recruiting IT/Tech/SAP roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake to closure.
• Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and urgency.
• Build stakeholder relationships and act as the primary hiring SPOC.

What We're Looking For
