Job summary

Peoplefy Infosolutions in Bengaluru is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support Non-IT hiring across Manufacturing, Plant Hiring, Electronics, and Engineering domains. You will partner with Client HR and Hiring Managers, manage RPO activities, track candidates, and ensure timely delivery from the backend delivery team.

You will participate in weekly review calls, maintain MIS/reports, and handle escalations to maintain client satisfaction while working on-site five days a week at the client

• 5+ years of experience in non-IT recruitment/co-ordination.
• Strong experience in non-IT hiring across manufacturing, plant, electronics and engineering.
• Experience in RPO coordination and client-facing recruitment roles.

Responsibilities

• Work with Client HR and Hiring Managers to cascade requirements to backend delivery SPOC.
• Manage RPO coordination activities: requirement gathering, tracking, follow-ups and delivery.

• Coordinate with backend delivery team for timely execution and closure of requirements.
• Ensure client satisfaction through coordination and timely resolution of concerns.
• Participate in weekly review calls with backend delivery SPOC and Account Head; monitor progress.
• Proactively manage escalations by identifying issues and providing solutions.
• Support the client HR team in other transactional areas if requested.
• Maintain daily/weekly MIS/reports.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the Client HR team and Hiring Managers to understand requirements and cascade them to the backend delivery SPOC for smooth execution.
• Manage RPO coordination activities, including requirement gathering, candidate tracking, follow-ups, and recruitment delivery.
• Handle Non-IT recruitment across Manufacturing, Plant Hiring, Electronics and Electrical, Engineering Hiring.
• Coordinate with the backend delivery team to ensure timely execution and closure of requirements.
• Ensure client satisfaction through effective coordination, regular communication, and timely resolution of concerns.
• Participate actively in weekly review calls with the backend delivery SPOC and Account Head, and monitor progress to avoid any deviations or escalations.
• Manage escalations proactively by identifying issues and providing timely solutions to client concerns
• Supporting the client HR team in other transactional areas, if requested
• Maintaining daily/weekly MIS/ reports

PRE-REQUISITES

• Notice Period: Immediate joiners only.
• 510 years of experience in recruitment/coordination- NON IT
• Strong experience in Non-IT recruitment, particularly in Manufacturing, Plant Hiring, Electronics and Electrical, Engineering Hiring.
• Experience in RPO coordination and/or client-facing recruitment roles is preferred.
• Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and stakeholder management.
• Experience in requirement gathering and cascading requirements to the backend delivery team for timely execution.
• Good knowledge of data management, MIS, recruitment reports, and recruitment tracking
• Should be comfortable working 5 days WFO at the client location in Bengaluru.
